When you say Gstaad, Shopping and Luxury, it is basically all the same. Walking around the village’s streets is a wow after wow boutique finding, and I has the impression that no matter how much I would buy, my wishlist would only grow longer… The options to shopping in Gstaad really surprised me, i did not expect that at all! That because, besides all the designer stores filled with the newest and coolest stuff, there is a great selection of multibrands stores to die for!

Join me in this dream to what i call The Guide to Shopping in Gstaad! I promised all you need to know is right here!

Shopping in Gstaad: arriving at the village.

In the village, day one! Just looking around first…

Shopping in Gstaad: Fashion Designers.

Just to start us girls up, out of the underground parking in the middle of Gstaad, you will be face to face with an amazing Dolce & Gabbana store. I cannot explain the amout of amazing and very exclusive winter boots and Alta Moda gowns. Their products sellection is amazing, rich and special… Serving swiss chocolate, with music and very friendly Sales Associates, the store is very Gstaad-like: all luxury and all parties.

Following it, the biggest surprise was to find also very nice S.A.s at Hermés, i even got a bag I wanted! If you never had to deal with a very impolite sales associate at H, than you probably have the wrong address. For the quantity of Kellys, Birkins and Constance around Gstaad/Saanen, I have the impressions they sell the ladies as much as a Paris flagship store.

Shopping in Gstaad: The Louis Vuitton Store.

Louis Vuitton.

Expected, i know, but I’ve never seen a Moncler store so complete. Just EVERYTHING you need to hit the slopes, even goggles and helmets. The options on daywear were also very nice – I had never thought about buying a non-ski Moncler jacket and I found myself tempted. Do check their boots and sneakers made for snow, they are so gorgeous! I also loved all the little accessories, as it is the details that matters the most! I am saying matching gloves, beanies, scarves… So me! The men collection is also amazing! My fiancé is a big fan, and I have to confess i TOTALLY approve it – their clothes fit so well and look so classy and sexy!

There are also nice Louis Vuitton and  Prada stores… By the way, have you seen the latest Prada bag collection? The are to die for! Who knows… The best of these stores are really the heavy winter pieces, like coats and snow-proper shoes… And the special bags of course. It is very different from example, to be in a Prada store in Gstaad and in a Prada store in Zurich.

The store that got me most excited for was the Loro Piana. I am still looking for the perfect cape or coats in cashmere from LP, but I haven’t found my size in the color I want. Do you know what coats I mean? Nothing more iconic! I have my eyes on the Edric piece, but I want it in a very light ice-y gray color, still no luck!

All the stores by Lorenz Bach.

There are two amazing multi brand stores I found while shopping in Gstaad, and the first are all the Lorenz Bach owned stores. Lorenz Bach is a friendly, modern and very chic monsier we met at his sports store – Silver Sport, (with just the best brands of course!). If there’s a persona to define Gstaad, that is for sure Mr. Lorenz Bach. We met him everywhere: shopping, restaurants, bars… Always very nice but polished and well-educated. In the Silver Sport, they have the nicest selection of Bogner, even better than at the Bogner store in Zurich, so worth it! And somehow the price is better also. They also have a small Silver Sport inside the Gstaad Palace Hotel.

Shopping in Gstaad: Maison Lorenz Bach.

Maison Lorenz Bach, #wishlist the whole store!

His main store, probably the most busy and with a greater selection of brands, is called Maison Lorenz Bach, very close to the Dolce. In a nice little mess, you will find thousands – yes, thousands – of pieces from brands like Missoni, Kenzo, Cavalli, Dior, Rag & Bone… So many casual and some more dressed up brands…

It is not your average multi brand store, with 6 to seven pieces per brand… We are talking piles and piles of options. And they carry all the latest trending brands… When I was there they had the complete Hogan sneakers collection!

But what caught my attention the most was the ridiculously big selection of amazing babies and kids clothing. Think about miniature Moncler jackets with fur hoodie in all colors you can imagine, with matching accessories! #iDie!

In another of his stores, called Bach Sign – this one more boutique-like, more chic and more sober and selected, is located the only Ladurée around. Their selection of top designers is a dream! We are talking Dior, Dolce & Gabanna, Saint Laurent, Alexander Wang, Fendi, Chloé, Alberta Ferreti…  Just wonderful, truly. You must at least pay a quick visit!

The Brunello Cucinelli store in Gstaad is also Lorenz Bach, how nice? And afterwards we also heard there are some outlet stores by him in the city – but we didn’t visit. Lorenz Bach has stores also in Lausanne, Zermatt, Rougemont, Verbier, Villars and Crans-Montana. With such amazing destinations, I will make it my life goal to visit all his stores! Smart, huh? All the information you can find on the group website.

The DREAM Multi Brands Store.

Trois Pommes. Trois Pommes. Trois Pommes. Just never forget this name if you are planning to set foot in Switzerland one day. Funny thing, I knew nothing about it until Davi spotted and said “Let’s go there, I think you will like it!”

And talk about liking it! It’s the DREAM store. It reminded me of that boutiques in Paris qith only the best of the best, the most special and exclusive pieces, straight out of the runway gowns and all you could ever want to your closet! I never saw such amazing Balmain dresses aligned! And the Valentino bags in colors I could never imagine (and now dream about!) and embroided details… just to die for! They have two stores in town that are next to each other!

I mean Alaila, Céline, Balenciaga, Lanvin, Mary Katrantzou, Proenza Schouler, Emilio Pucci, Erdem, Saint Laurent, Rodarte… Just imagine it! I had the bad luck of finding it 5 minutes before closing time on my last day! Or luck, because even thought I didn’t had time to enjoy it much in Gstaad, I did went to their stores in Zurich! And hadn’t been for this last minute walk, we would never know!

Shopping in Gstaad: Rolex and Patek Philippe.

Rolex + Patek Philippe!

Jewelry and Watches.

The options for jewelry and watches stores is expected, this is Switzerland after all, but still impressive. Hublot, Rolex, Patek Philippe, Cartier… And store after store carrying the most amazing jewelry pieces and oh, such amazing stones. Princess-worth. If you are looking for something magnificent, this is the place! Get ready for mini heart attacks in every window! Also, nothing more far than growing a watch collection in Switzerland, right?

Just a little warning…

We are not talking cheap here. *insert money flying emoji here* But some store had a sale on going… I do recommend doing investment shopping here, like going for a very special handbag that won’t be easy to find and if you find anywhere else, won’t be cheaper! And even one or two small purchases are still worth the experience. It is part of Gstaad all this luxury everywhere, but in a fun and chic way, not overdone at all! You can see how I fell for the place right? But, didn’t you fall in love too reading this? #GirlsParadise Can’t wait to be back!

With love and missing this place,

xxx BK!
